In my class we are discussing Captiol Punishment (Section VII ofCourts, the authors of the text and the research article examined the roles of capital punishment in American society.) It touches on the the dynamics of capital punishment, both in the way that the sentence is applied and in juries' difficulty predicting the future dangerousness of offenders. It touched upon possible other sentencing options available. I am looking to discuss one case discussed by Attorney Stevenson inJust Mercy and discuss the material in that section.

I am trying to identify one or more of the cases in Just Mercy where Attorney Stevenson was involved and tie in the dynamics of capital punishment to the the Courts book.
