In my first level, I worked on a group project with three other individuals, and that experience is what correlates with my current behaviour. There were times when we had a lot of issues and disagreements inside the group on the project. Our group leader was one of my friends since he was skilled at creating projects. He even gave us the project's idea, which we accepted and used to launch the project. He used to have some solutions for us to try when we were stuck on a subject occasionally. We all generally agreed with his suggestions since he was great and they almost always succeeded. I used to provide suggestions in certain circumstances, but we don't know why it always led to arguments about whose concept was the best. In the end, we would adopt his suggestion to prevent conflict amongst team members, allowing us to function as a unit in peace and foster positive relationships inside the group.
