In my opinion, discussions pertaining to religion should be avoided in the workplace. This is due to the vast diversity of individuals and perspectives that exist in the world. Religion$-$related conversations in the workplace can lead to a great deal of discord. I believe that all people's beliefs, religious or otherwise, should be treated with respect.
