In my opinion, inter-team conflicts are not bad in fact it is appositive sign that the team members are open to express their opinion and disagreement rather than being the part in the group thinking which is a negative phenomenon as it reduced the chance of constructive thinking. Whenever there will be a conflict among the team members, they will discuss the various aspects of the issue under conflict. This will bring new ideas and thinking to the team. The situation of conflict can bring the various methods of doing things differently. These conflicts can be utilized by the management in order to improve the existing practices and the feeling of rivalry and competition among the team members will help the team and the organization to improve its efficiency and this can, in fact, be an opportunity for the management to improve group cohesiveness.
