In my organization, we are currently using the strategy of "Implementing Bias Training" as listed by Marcelin et al. (2019). Our organization chose to use this strategy because it directly addresses the root cause of unconscious bias by raising awareness among staff and providing them with the tools to recognize and mitigate their biases. The organization aims to bring various perspectives to the hiring process, reducing the likelihood of bias and promoting a more inclusive workforce.
