In my personal opinion I believe that the United States is more of a capitalism economy. One of the main features of capitalism is private ownership, which accounts for the majority of companies and sectors in the US. Real estate and other assets can be owned by both individuals and companies with the goal of making money off of them. Market Economy: Another facet of capitalism is the market economy, which is predominantly implemented in the United States. The market forces of supply and demand, not the government, decide how much products and services cost. Companies that compete with one another tend to be more inventive and offer superior products. Profit Motive: In the United States, the pursuit of profit drives both people and companies. Their goal is to maximize profits, which promotes advancement and growth of the economy
