In negotiations, research has shown that females focus on building relationship and opposed to sole focusing on attaining success on the negotiation. This can be a positive or a negative as negotiation involves having the objective that both parties come out of the negotiation with something. In your opinion do you believe one gender has more of an advantage in negotiations over the other?
