Write a procedure , and include it in the box below. The procedure when set in forever mode should behave as with the video below. In particular, all of the bugs (turtles) should attempt to follow the mouse whenever the mouse is inside the world. If the mouse remails still, the bugs should swarm around it. However they may not enter a patch that already has 5 other turtles on it; no patch should ever have more than 5 turtles on it. Whenever a turtle moves, it should move forward 1 unit. (For up to 16 points): Accomplish the above task, but without the turtles needing to surround the mouse if the mouse is still. (For up to 20 points): If the mouse is still or moving slowly enough, the turtle should cluster around it rather than all halting on the same side, while still following the movement guidelines above (a turtle moves forward 1 unit per step, and no more than 5 turtles may occupy a patch)
