In one of the readings, Collins lists "Ten Lessons I Learned from Peter Drucker." This was his Foreward to the 50th Anniversary Edition of Drucker's still highly praised, widely read and influential book, The Effective Executive. 

One could view the Collins "Turning the Flywheel" reading as a summary of his own top learnings over his entire career of decades of research and practice.
