In order for forensic photographs to be considered fair and accurate representations of the evidence in court

copies of the original images must be supplied to all interested parties, no matter how large the exhibits are that are presented

they must be exposed and presented with no intention to misrepresent the evidence and at the best quality possible within the limitations of the media

the photographer must be the one presenting them

the photographer must be sworn as a witness whether they testify or not
