In order to rent a car, a customer can either call ahead or use their website to reserve a car. Some customers shop into the rental office and depending on availability, will rent a car on the spot. When a reservation is made, the customer is provided with a confirmation number. A company hires the cars to a customer after he/she registered. A customer can browse available cars. When the customer finds an appropriate car he/she can create a new car reservation. The system should be validating credit card information by communicating with an online credit card validator system. A clerk can manage the reservations through view and print car reservations, when a customer picks up their rental car, they are attended to by a customer service representative who prepares a rental agreement.
