In preparation for the construction of project No. 20361 (BAA Retail Development) ground floor Cafe and the first-floor residential unit, you are required to develop a site safety management plan for the management of workplace health and safety on the building site. This site safety management plan must be sufficiently detailed to clearly describe the roles of responsibilities of all persons on the worksite in relation to workplace safety, as well as accurately identifying the safety hazards associated with the work being performed and appropriate safety risk mitigation measures for reducing the risk. The completed site safety management plan must be suitable for use within a workplace environment for demonstrating compliance with legislative requirements
