In preparation for the final class, I'm going to be reviewing all of the Limestone videos and looking at all of the questions I got incorrect on the workbook exams, checking what and why I got the questions wrong. Soft skills are important in the IT department because there has to be an individual willing to make critical decisions, manage stress, communicate effectively, be resourceful, and have adaptability when it matters most. I have taught multiple classes on radio and various communication equipment in the army, and I was able to use team building skills in order to accomplish the mission at hand, so I believe I have some moderately effective collaboration skills but there's always room for improvement. I am currently working towards my computer technology degree and I'm excited for what other classes are involved in my degree plan. I know the path will have some challenges ahead but I'm willing to put my best foot forward and tackle this thing head on! I hope to obtain effective programming skills with this degree and acquire more computer-based knowledge in general with this degree. After these courses, I am going to eventually throw myself towards getting the CompTIA A+
