Write a program that displays the sum of all odd numbers between a and b $($inclusive$),$ where a and b are inputs from the user.

Ex: If the input is:

Enter the starting number: $5$

Enter the ending number: $11$

the output is:

The sum of the odd numbers from $5$ and $11$ is $32$
