In recognition of the fact students are in the Business School at FIU this graded aspect is included. Professionalism is exhibited by:

1. Attendance and preparation

2. Students are expected to complete all reading assignments, graded activities and follow the learning activities as required in the syllabus. Students are responsible for all material covered and ensuring class emails, announcements, assignments, etc., are read

3. Participating fully and respectfully in discussions/assignments

4. Demonstrating respect for their student colleagues as people and for their expressed opinions

5. Submitting assignments on time, every time

6. Demonstrating a desire to improve every day

Professional Decorum is intentionally designed to encourage the students proper work habits, ethics and physical and intellectual presence. There are 10 points available to each student for Professional Decorum
