In reference to my last question about reference listing, wouldn't i need to list the url from UNC's website? That's where i got it, not JAMA?

This is what a tutor answered:

But i didn't go to jama pediatrics to retrieve the document. I am really confused and my paper is already late so it has to be correct

The link should have taken you to a pdf from UNC (https://dsnlab.web.unc.edu/publications) I found the pdf by searching their published research database and found the pdf below.

At the bottom of that pdf this is visible like it was printed and scanned or something.....
