Create an action plan Based on the above, analyze actions that can be taken from an individual and systemic (organizations, educational and political institutions) level. Develop a detailed action plan to address the issue. Make sure to investigate the equity/justice aspects, such as: identifying vulnerable communities most impacted by the issue; identifying people with power who can have an impact. Make sure your plan includes a plan to Orchestrate, Innovate, and Agitate: Orchestrate: Rally as many people as you can to support your cause.
