In regression when using SPSS: When you have one dependent variable and 4 independent variables (scale of 1-10)-how can you tell the predicted value of the dependent variable?

Example: the scale is 1-10 of the 4 independent variables. What is the predicted final score on safety of employees who receive 10 on one variable and 5 on the other three variables ?
