In respect to the ground transportation of Goods, Service Provider warrants that: 5.2.1. only reliable, professionally qualied driving personnel with valid driving licences and adequate driving experience are deployed; that for the transport of hazardous substances, they hold the relevant qualications in safety pursuant to the applicable Legal Requirements; 5.2.2.driving personnel are given all information and receive all documents required for the safe and reliable performance of the Transport Order, such as the handling of technical equipment, load-securing aids, load-handling aids and personal protective equipment; 5.2.3.driving personnel are not under inuence of alcohol and/or drugs; UNT expects blood- alcohol counts (BAC) of 0.00 millilitres/litre and complete abstinence from narcotics and other substances affecting tness to drive; 5.2.4.bans on smoking and on the use of telephones inside the plants are observed; 5.2.5.driving and rest periods are adhered to pursuant to the applicable Legal Requirements; and 5.2.6.|f it is not Service Provider who undertakes the ground transportation, Service Provider is obliged to use only carefully selected and reliable subcontractors for performance.
