In response to the Covid-19 pandemic, many organisations have accelerated the digital transformation of many of their operations from physical ones to virtual ones. For example, many educational institutes have changed their course delivery and examination from predominately physical test to predominately virtual test. This change affects the operational processes of these educational institutes. Discuss the effect of the physical to virtual transformation practice on the sustainability of an organisation's operations.
