The what if analysis could be used to address uncertainty at Vinho Winery by using Scenarios. A scenario is a set of values that excel saves and can substitute automatically in cells on a worksheet. For example if we should determine that there is an uncertainty with the price of grapes, we could plug in a best case scenario and a worst case scenario. The what if analysis would then show us how both scenarios look and help to better forecast/ prepare for the worst case.
