In Section 4.4, Judge discusses several ways in which leaders can develop trusting followers. THIS IS A PARTICULARLY GOOD LIST AND YOU SHOULD PAY ATTENTION TO IT!! However, I'd like to draw your attention to the fourth item in particular: "Be fair and consistent in applying corporate policies." I'd like you to share an example of someone who does not do this well. We all know someone, whether it be a boss, coach, or teacher so please withhold the names of the guilty but let us know what happened and more importantly how it affected your performance. What would you do differently if your roles were reversed?
