In studying Introduction to Project Management, we have learned various aspects of project life cycles.

The assessment is to:

• Create and present of around 15-20 min presentation using PowerPoint and presenting on Zoom.
• Each team member should present at least 2-3 minutes.
• Each team member takes equal responsibility for the presentation, if any team member is not taking enough responsibility let me know.
• Each team have 20 minutes of presentation and 10 minutes of question and answers.

Your presentation should discuss the four project life cycle stages for your project. For example.

1. Initiating

• Business case study
• Project charter
• Project kickoff meeting, etc.

2. Planning

• Stakeholder analysis
• Budget planning
• Project team planning
• Risk Management, etc.

3. Performing

• Executing the plan
• Managing disruptions to the plan, issue, and change
• Managing human resources aspects of the project
• Reporting, etc.

4. Closing

• Final project report
• Lesson learned, etc.
