In the Code of Ethics of the Honduran Legal Professional, several of its articles regulate and develop the obligation of Professional Secrecy. 

The following hypothetical case is presented below.

You are a lawyer and have your own professional office where you handle matters of various kinds. One of your best clients visits you to present a criminal case in which he will need you to defend him since he is accused by the Prosecutor's Office of being allegedly responsible for the crime of homicide against a person, an event that occurred in 2022.When the client tells you his version of the events, he confesses to you as a lawyer that he actually committed the crime of homicide for which he is accused.

1. Is there any legal obligation for you as a Lawyer regarding the confession made by your client? Explain
2. Is there any ethical obligation for you as a Lawyer in that sense? Explain.
3. Can you as a lawyer be forced to testify or testify against your client because of the information you have about him? Explain.
