:In the context of Pakistan bailment law, briefly explain the following situation and the legal positions of both the parties.

Basit gives his car to his friend Riaz to use it for 1 month. Riaz have made some alterations(( Rs. 10,000 in the car which he thinks make the driving better. After one month Riaz would like to extend the period of usage to three months. Basit agrees but demands a rent now on daily basis ( Rs.3000 per day ). Riaz accepts this and continued to use to the car. 20 days later car needed some necessary repairs which Riaz paid for ( Rs. 13,500). At the end of three months Riaz handed over the car to Basit.

How much Basit is entitled to receive legally from Riaz. Explain why
