5. List the number and date of all orders that were placed on 10/15/2015 or that were placed by a customer whose rep number is 30.

6. List the number and date of all orders that were placed on 10/15/2015 by a customer whose rep number is 45.

7. List the number and date of all orders that were placed on 10/15/2015 but not by a customer whose rep number is 45.
