In the following situation, identify each principal, agent, and act of agency. Also identify whether the agency is employment related.

Cyrus hires Ben to work for him. Cyrus is an English professor who hates to grade papers. Ben is his nephew and an English major in college. Ben is paid $1 per page to grade student essay assignments. However, he becomes really busy and his roommates Curtis and Cherlyn offer to help. Curtis is an education major and thinks the experience will give him great benefits and something to put on his resume. Curtis does not charge Ben and Cyrus is unaware of the situation. Cherlyn, in contrast, wants money for Christmas and offers to grade half the final exam essays for 80 cents per page. Ben agrees with Cherlyn. Ben agrees with Cherlyn, but again does not tell Cyrus about the arrangement.
