In The following user should enter some text in the above text area and will choose one of the options from the dropdown list (READ option should be selected when the web page arise) If the user select READ and click on the button the file(called m.txt) read and appear in another web page. If the user select WRITE and click on the button, the text in text area written in the file(called m.txt) and remove the previous text in the file.
