Apartment number is unique within a Complex but not between Complexes. Apartments also have a Number of Rooms, Style, and Rent Amount. A Complex will have at least one Apartment and may have more than one. An Apartment must be within a Complex and will be in only one Complex. Renters rent Apartments. Each
Renter is identified by a Renter Id. Renters also have a Name and at least one Reference. A Renter may have several References. An apartment may be rented by several Renters or an Apartment may not be rented by anyone. A renter must rent one and only one Apartment.
