Review these demonstrations of coaching in the workplace. The styles are very different. #1 is very free form and is focused on the employees concerns with relationships in the office #2 is using a set of questions called a "coaching Kata" and is focused on performance and task achievement.

Are these coaches focused on content (telling the other person what to do) or are they focused on the process (facilitating a process of discovery).
