In the narrative it is argued that, the persistence of unethical and illegal business activities by top managers in SOEs and corporate organisations is a pointer that a code of ethics is not enough for an organisation to be ethical. In view of this observation How can I critically elaborate on the causes of unethical conduct and also explain how this unethical conduct can be prevented. my answer must be supported by practical examples.
