In the past year there have been several cyber attacks, viruses, and malware released into the public domain.

Research cyber attacks since 2015. Identify at least two items, describe what they do and explain why you do or do not believe this was a terrorist attack.

One example is the WannaCry virus that was allegedly released by NorthKorea last year (2017). Another older attack was the Shady RAT attack that is alleged to have been initiated by the Chinese in 2006. You must find others and evaluate them. In addition, based upon your reading in chapter ten and some additional research, what do you think should be the appropriate response to cyber attacks from another natiion, or from a terrorist group?
