In the question below your opinion will be asked. I have to have multiple opinions from multiple sources. The question is basically is there a time where you did or didn't have a sense of belonging with a job, sports team, or group project ?

In my notes for this week I mention that one marker of a healthy culture is when one's individual interests are in line with the interest of the organ as a whole. This goes hand in hand with the idea that employees work better when they have a sense of purpose. Name one group, professional or otherwise, where you felt like your interests were aligned with the group's. This could be a sport's team, a job, a school, a music group etc. Say som about how your interests aligned and also share if those interests stopped being aligned and how that effected the group.
