From Jessica,

Hello, I just got the data back from the training evaluation study we ran on our safety training. The reactions look great. Trainees rated the training very highly and the comments section indicated they enjoyed the game we played in the training. This is encouraging! I also got the safety data back from Betty and unfortunately, our DART rate is up for the three months following training, compared to the three months before training. Our safety observations are also showing a trend upwards in unsafe observations. I am concerned about this apparent lack of transfer. Do you think I should consider changing how the training is completed? Maybe a case study where we can learn about injuries that have actually happened at work would help?

Regards,

Jessica.
