In this assessment you are required to show your knowledge and skills for planning, analysis, design and management of a system project. You are required to come up with a fictitious company that you have recently joined as a System / Business Analyst. The company is now planning to start a new project and you would be handling that project as a Project Manager as well. It is your responsibility to guide, supervise and monitor this project from beginning till end. You are free to come up with any project within the company as long as it aligns with the goals and missions of that company but make sure that project is an information system project. For example, if the organization you have chosen builds software solutions, you can come up with a project where the organization has decided to develop a mobile app in addition to their existing desktop-based software etc. As a System Analyst and a Project Manager you are required to perform phase of the project as follows: PHASE 1 System Planning: o Define Project Scope o Identify Requirements PHASE 3 Domain Models o Design Generalized Domain Models Make sure to incorporate as much detail as possible Make sure to cover all the identified use cases in Phase 1
