In this assignment, the group must generate a document that outlines an overview of the project. This means it should address all the variables the team will be addressing in the Executive Summary. Therefore, please include all relevant variables such as:

• A general overview of the project (the need, value to the community, and the target audience)
• Concept overview and how you intend to capture the target market in your assigned community
• Project size (number of square feet)
• Denote whether the project will be new construction, renovation, or a combination, and how the property will be acquired.
• Marketing approaches to showcase the new venue
• Revenue generation opportunities such as rental space, tickets, concessions, parking, premium seating, sponsorship, and novelties
• Staffing (part-time, full-time, and an executive staff)
• Special internal features you anticipate (offices, training room, medical room, dressing room, elevator ticket office) as well as the external features (parking lot, marquee sign, garden or fountain)
• Budget source/s that will be used to fund the project (loan, community resources, private, etc.)
