Download this input data file: fcrc loan data.txt. Place the text file into the root directory of your Assignment 5 NetBeans project folder. Complete the assignment below:

This Amortization assignment is described as a Detailed Example on pages 251-262 in Chapter 13 of the text. Your program must read the data from the input file that I provided and then output the amortization reports in a scrolling pane in a window. This is a significantly larger assignment that is best written by breaking up the problem into smaller methods as described in the text. If you write this program so that all the work is done in the main method definition, you will lose 20 points. You must define at least 2 other method definitions (to break up the work into smaller chunks) for full credit.
