In this case study, it seemed as though the concerns of the nurse supervisors were not taken seriously. The reasoning behind them not taking the training seriously might have had something to do with their own needs not being met or taken into consideration by the trainees. There were factors of stress that were being brought up, factors of time, and it seems as though there were no solutions being brought up by the administration to fix those possible problems while still conducting the training for performance appraisal interviews. Perhaps if the needs of the nurse supervisors were considered more thoroughly, they would have been more inclined to show an interest and take their training more seriously
