This assignment is designed to force you to think through how you will create your own power and influence style and what you will do with it in the future. The idea is to examine a situation that you may affect you in the future, and determine how you can use the course material and your own personal development to approach it. Consider an organization that you are currently involved with, or that you intend to be a part of in the future. The organization can be a profit or nonprofit company, a new business venture you will be starting, or a club to which you are or will be a member. The key is that the organization must be one in which you intend to develop your leadership style and exert power and influence.
