You will use the decision-making flowchart to explain why you chose it as a deliberative decision. Recall that a decision to deliberate means a decision isn't urgent, and at least one of the following is true:

• Poorly trained intuition relative to the stakes
• Significant follow-through required
• Decision may upend longstanding practice
