In this phase you will be developing the project charter. The charter vital to to the project! Needs to be clearly developed for project success.

Be sure you have a clear understanding of the terms$/$words used in the document and what those mean. You will have to understand the term and how to apply it your project documents.

Also be sure you are clearly communicating in the project documents $($charter and upcoming documents: project plan and scope document$)$ by using facts, action verbs and language that aligns with the $5\text{'}$cs$.$

After you watch the video, read the chapter in the book Project Management Jumpstart and viewed the lecture notes$/$presentation$,$ share one or two things you learned or what you will apply.
