Background: In 2077, a company named Microblue successfully achieved Mind Uploading, uploading human consciousness to the Internet servers. Some people say this is another milestone of human history and the ultimate stage of the metaverse(Links to an external site.); some disagree and express their concern about this newborn technology, which might bring chaos to the already endangered world.

Consider the following scenarios and discuss each of them based on your own experience and knowledge you learned in this course.

a) Suppose you are the CEO of Microblue. How will you manage your company? Try to discuss this problem by thinking deep inside the scenario in ethical aspects. For example, what are the moral dilemmas you think you may have? What is the most important ethic principle you and your company will follow? How will you supervise your employee?

b) Suppose you are one of the software developers in Microblue, how will you make sure the company follows the basic ethical rules? You can use your own experience or use the example in the textbook to discuss various ethical risks in a company. How to deal with them? Why? What can be done to encourage the professionalism of the employee?

c) Suppose you are one of the clients. What will/can you do to protect yourself from all kinds of ethical issues? What can be done to encourage users' ethical behavior? Why? You can give some examples based on your own experience.
