In this task, we want to write a function called dropNLowest that takes three parameters: 1. the number of grades to be dropped and 2. the array of numbers (int* a_grades) 3. The size of array a_grades. dropNLowest it will find out the lowest N grades, set them to IGNORE_VALUE, and return the total number of values dropped. The array will also be modified by the function. One would expect dropNLowest to return the same value as the number of grades dropped.
