What may seem to be inconsequential issues to many people (like the color of ones font, or proper formatting standards) can make an enormous difference in professional circles. With this in mind, consider and discuss the following scenario: Youre a project manager of a small team looking to hire. You have received many resumes to review, and while most of them look well qualified, two of the resumes are very poorly formatted and use wacky fonts and graphics. Would you consider these individuals as qualified candidates and be willing to interview them? Please justify your answer by briefly summarizing the discussion you might have with these candidates.
