In this week's posting, First read both articles, and then pretend you are a high ranking administrator at a university with a six figure salary, and the students complain to you that their adjunct professors are demotivated due to low pay. While you can hire new adjuncts who work harder. you may not resolve the problem. Therefore, you need to address this situation by tapping into the ve theoretical models on motivation and coaching that are listed below. For each theoretical model explain WHY the model is relevant to this case, and HOW you can apply it to motivate the adjuncts and improve the quality of education.
