In this week's reading we learned about Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITS). REITS are a great investment tool, a way to diversify risk, and usually pay rather good dividend percentages.

Please include information such as the name and symbol of the REIT, what industry sector is it in (ex. Retail, Hospitality, etc.), how many properties are owned by the REIT, what did you find interesting about this particular REIT?
