The clerk can key in the student and organization information into this system. The information is based on the application form filled by the student.

This system should allow the clerk and students to search for past student and organization information by key in suitable keywords. The system will process the keywords entered by user and generate the result immediately.

The system will allow the student to rate the internships organization. The students rating will be stored and will be used as a reference for the college in the future.

The system will generate an acknowledgement to student after the rating process completed.

This system will generate reports such as total numbers of students and total numbers of organization with the rating value from the database. These reports will be emailed to higher management of the college.
