Some data and metrics that can help strengthen relationships with business partners include things like accountability, objective decision making, performance evaluation and improvement, and alignment of goals and objectives. By sharing relevant data and metrics with business partners will allow both parties to have a clear understanding of the performance and progress, which also promotes transparency and accountability.
