In Weeks 7-12 of MGMT101, we explore lots of ideas related to the people side of work and management. This final assignment of the course gives you a chance to reflect on what youve learned during this time, how it helps to explain an experience youve had of workplaces or organisations, as well as the experiences you expect to have in your future career. We also give you the chance to critique some of the ideas youve learned in Weeks 7-12. You then create a video that summarises these reflections in a concise and (ideally!) engaging way.

INSTRUCTIONS Step 1. Think about and develop answers to the following questions:

1. What are 2-3 concepts/theories/framework (CTFs) covered in Weeks 7-12 of MGMT101 that most resonated with you? Describe these CTFs and how they helped you better understand a past experience you had in a workplace or organisation (e.g., at school, in a sports team).

2. What are 2-3 CTFs covered in Weeks 7-12 of MGMT101 that you think will be helpful in your future career? Describe these CTFs and why you think they will be helpful given your individual career ambitions.

3. What are 1-2 CTFs covered in Weeks 7-12 of MGMT101 that you disagreed with, or saw as less useful? Why did you disagree with these CTFs, or see them as less useful?
