• According to McNickles, what explains the perception gap that exists between whites and Black Americans when it comes to matters of race and racism?  Explain in detail.
• Identify, discuss and provide examples of three types of interconnected barriers and microaggressions that perpetuate stereotypes, prejudice and discrimination against specific groups.  Explain how each barrier and microaggression impedes diversity and inclusion in the workplace and the strategies that you would implement to eliminate each barrier.
